Timber Truss has a team of estimators that provide detailed estimates on building material packages. The team consists of multiple persons that have more than 60 years of building construction and estimating experience between them. They have had many difficult projects over the years and commonly identify construction problems before they get to the field. This is due to their knowledge of structural design and proper use and availability of building materials. Any problems are discussed with our architectural and engineering teams to give the most detailed, code approved, and aesthetically pleasing solutions incorporated into their estimates. There are others within the company that will assist in the estimations of the truss systems, wall panel systems, window and door products, cabinets, as well as specialty items. These items may include special sidings, lumber, roofing, decking, trim features and other items needed to complete the custom homes often seen in our estimating process. Our experienced team may even suggest an alteration of a plan design or detail, or an alternate material in order to enhance a design or make a package more cost efficient.
